CMS pitches 90% use rate in proposed 2010 MPFS rule

In a move sure to strike fear in the hearts of imaging advocates, the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) today proposed a 90% equipment utilization rate in its proposed rule for the 2010 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS).
