It's all change again in healthcare IT sector
Agfa-Gevaert Group, parent company of Agfa HealthCare, announced on December 2 that it had entered exclusive negotiations with Dedalus Holding to sell part of its healthcare IT business -- specifically the business tied to its electronic medical record and integrated care offerings. Market analyst Alex Green from Signify Research looks at the implications.
