(Booth 3003) LEAD Technologies of Charlotte, NC, will highlight LEADTools Medical Imaging SDK v16, a new version of its imaging toolkit.
Major features include full DICOM dataset support, compression, viewing tools (magnifying, window/level, cine, and look-up table [LUT] manipulation), extended grayscale image processing, annotations, overlays, and digital signatures. Version 16 includes functional group support, providing a means for encoding 4D multislice modalities such as functional MRI, CT, and x-ray angiography into one DICOM dataset.
The toolkit includes an enhanced medical viewer for rapid development of medical imaging applications; support for PDF, bitonal image data, and raw data encapsulation in DICOM; and full DICOM dataset support.
