Philips Healthcare has secured a contract to provide its HealthSuite Imaging PACS to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The deal builds on an existing arrangement between Philips and AWS that includes Amazon Bedrock for cloud-based artificial intelligence (AI) applications that support clinical decision-making, Philips said.
Philips HealthSuite Imaging improves image access and reliability. It will incorporate Amazon's HealthLake Imaging, according to the firm, and it will allow Philips to develop machine-learning applications quickly, the company said.
