VitalWorks revises guidance

Radiology information systems firm VitalWorks of Ridgefield, CT, reported that on the basis of preliminary financial results, its fiscal second quarter (end-June 30) revenues are expected to be approximately $28 million.

The developer has also restated its fiscal 2003 guidance to reflect what it terms a continued difficult business environment. The company now expects total revenues for the 2003 fiscal year to be approximately $114 million- $116 million. VitalWorks plans to complete the closing of its accounting records and report final second-quarter financial results on July 23, 2003.
