eSys will show off version 4.0 of its Radiologic RIS.
The product can be used to create diagnostic reports and patient letters related to mammography exams, with final reports distributed automatically to referring physicians, eSys said. Statistical reports summarize the number of mammography exams performed, including figures by clinic, radiologist, and BI-RADS code.
eSys has also embedded speech recognition into RadioLogic, utilizing Dictaphone’s PowerScribe speech recognition technology. The Web-enabled technology can be accessed remotely, allowing for dictation and review of reports at any time, eSys said.
