Healthcare informatics firm IDX Systems has teamed up with Fujitsu Services to win a contract from the United Kingdom National Health Service (NHS).
The Burlington, VT-based company will be delivering clinical information technology systems and services to the southern region of NHS.
Fujitsu was appointed by the NHS as local service provider for the southern region, with IDX receiving a subcontract to provide the core clinical application for patient-care delivery across the region, IDX said.
