Healthcare informatics developer WebMD Practice Services has completed the installation of its Intergy RIS at Hunterdon Radiology in Clinton, NJ.
In addition to RIS software, the group also chose WebMD’s document and image management system and Digital Office Manager to scan, catalog, and store all previous patient records and administrative paperwork. The group also added the Clinical Chart application that enables the creation of new patient information in an electronic medical record (EMR), as well as Network Services All-Payer electronic data interchange (EDI), according to the Van Nuys, CA-based WebMD.
Hunterdon Radiology, which services one hospital and four imaging centers, will also be using an HL7 batch processor to automate importing patient data from a HIS and InfoPoint, an ad-hoc reporting and business intelligence solution for Intergy, WebMD said.
