Radiotherapy provider Nucletron of Veenendaal, the Netherlands, has released version 1.3 of its Oncentra treatment-planning software.
The upgrade is a Microsoft Windows PC-based planning system that supports distributed treatment planning. It features image contouring, registration, fusion tools, and physics dose-calculation functionality, as well as DICOM connectivity, the company said.
The application also includes the Monte Carlo Electron algorithm for clinical use. The latest release offers archiving capabilities to any DICOM Archive-supporting DICOM RT objects, Nucletron said.
The software is available now in Europe and the U.S.
