MedAssets, 3d Health ink benchmarking deal

Group purchasing organization MedAssets HSCA of St. Louis and affiliate Radiology Partners have signed an agreement with outpatient imaging consultancy 3d Health, gaining access to that firm’s 3dStat patient satisfaction benchmarking database for imaging centers.

Chicago-based 3d Health said that 3dStat is designed to help organizations identify ways to improve patient service and capitalize on market opportunities. Participating imaging centers email their patients a satisfaction survey. Results are then compiled online in real time for each imaging center, according to the firm.
