Communications Systems acquires Image Systems

Media conversion technology developer Communications Systems of Minneapolis has acquired display and graphics-card developer Image Systems of Minnetonka, MN.

Under terms of the deal, Image Systems’ shareholders received $.643 per share or approximately $3 million in the aggregate, Communications Systems said.
