Cardiac image management provider Camtronics Medical Systems has signed a deal to install its CardioIMS pediatric cardiovascular information system at Columbus Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH.
The children's heart center at the facility will integrate CardioIMS with hospital information systems for scheduling, orders from a computerized physician order entry system, clinical results, and billing. In addition, it will be interfaced to modality reporting and imaging systems for echocardiography, cardiac cath, ECG, pathology, and surgery, according to Camtronics, a Hartland, WI-based subsidiary of Analogic.
