Philips releases Portuguese SR software

Philips Speech Processing has released a Portuguese Radiology ConText package for its SpeechMagic speech recognition software.

ConText was developed in cooperation with Philips Medical Systems Portugal. The package incorporates a Portuguese user interface and a general interface to application systems, according to Vienna-based Philips Speech Processing.

The first installation will be carried out by Philips Medical Systems in the Instituto Português de Oncologia (IPO) in Lisbon, where 20 radiologists will be equipped with SpeechMagic.
