GE Healthcare has expanded its information technology presence with the University of South Florida Physicians Group (USFPG) at USF Health in Tampa, FL.
USFPG will be conducting an upgrade of an IDX Flowcast system to GE's full Web-based Patient Access and Patient Financials application suites, as well as Patient Online and Referring Practice Online, which are Web-based portals for patients and physicians. Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.-based GE acquired IDX Systems of Burlington, VT, earlier this year.
