First Consulting Group (FCG) said it has signed a multimillion dollar four-year healthcare IT implementation and operation engagement with Continuum Health Partners' Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.
FCG will implement and operate the facility's clinical information management system, Groupcast from IDX Systems of Burlington, VT, a division of GE Healthcare.
The Long Beach, CA-based consulting firm said it will also operate the application at Long Island College Hospital, where the system has already been installed, and at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, where the product is scheduled to go live later this month. The Beth Israel project is scheduled to begin in August this year, according to FCG.
