Information technology (IT) development firm Perot Systems of Plano, TX, is partnering with ChinaSoft International to develop IT opportunities in the Chinese healthcare market.

ChinaSoft International is one of China's largest information technology outsourcing service and software companies, with more than 4,600 employees worldwide.

Perot Systems provides IT services for both healthcare and business markets.
