eHealth debuts new software

Medical record services provider eHealth Global Technologies of Rochester, NY, has released its new eHealthConnect online request software.

eHealthConnect is designed to streamline the process for institutions to retrieve outside patient medical records for referred-in patients. The technology provides customized forms for each eHealth Global customer and automatically generates the appropriate Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) release of information forms to allow access to the records under HIPAA guidelines.
