(Booth 7713) Philips Healthcare of Andover, MA, will put its latest RIS offering, Philips Xiris 8.0, in the RSNA spotlight.
Philips Xiris 8.0 introduces improved scheduling and billing, statistical reporting, key milestone tracking, and QA and peer review. The new release also includes more effective distribution of results, supporting documentation, and more flexible teleradiology components.
New features include batch transcription, messaging, VIP protection, data mining, and a comprehensive daily dashboard of Xiris activity. Xiris 8.0 also supports mammography and other areas of women's healthcare, linking multiple visits and exams with consolidated reporting and dictation.
One key part of Xiris 8.0 is XRE 2.0, Philips' next-generation embedded and seamless reading environment where radiologists can manage their worklists, images, and results reporting with voice commands, courtesy of Xiris linking with the SpeechMagic voice recognition system.
Philips also is introducing new 3D clinical applications available for use with the latest version of its iSite PACS software, as well as available add-on options, including Philips iSite Volume Vision.
