PicomEnterprise includes a Web-based workflow management foundation with automatic study routing and prior prefetching. It employs business and clinical rules that enable a high degree of interoperability between a large number of existing, vendor-neutral RIS and PACS software, according to the company.
The software creates a unified worklist that provides real-time bidirectional exam status and the ability to finalize diagnostic reports and deliver results back to the originating system.
