Emageon moves closer to HSS merger

Image management firm Emageon has moved closer to its merger with Health Systems Solutions (HSS), according to the Birmingham, AL-based company.

On Monday, December 22, Tampa, FL-based HSS notified Emageon that it was prepared to close the deal, and the company has requested Stanford International Bank to fund the transaction.
