Healthcare IT and advanced visualization developer Merge Healthcare has inked a contract for its cardiology software suite with a New York-based medical center.
Arnot Ogden Medical Center of Elmira plans to install Merge's cardiology suite to capture, manage, and display multimodality cardiac images, as well as hemodynamics and electrocardiogram data, according to Merge.
The package includes Merge Cardio, an image and information system that provides a single point of entry to the patient's cardio record, and Merge Hemo, which automates the cath lab process into an electronic patient record with a touchscreen interface and automated reporting.
