Swedish PACS vendor Sectra will provide its PACS technology to Trelleborg Hospital in Sweden. Installation will commence in the spring at the hospital, with full digital operation in the radiology department scheduled for the fall, Sectra said.
Trelleborg's radiology department performs 35,000 radiology exams a year, and is currently using a Sectra radiology information system. The Linkoping-based vendor values the order at approximately $870,000 (U.S.).
