Italian firm Ferrania LifeImaging has been designated as a prime contractor by the Minehead Hospital Somerset Coast Primary Care Trust in Somerset, U.K. In a project scheduled for completion in the next few months, Ferrania will be installing an x-ray room, computed radiography system, and PACS network, according to the vendor. Ferrania's LifeWeb onNet image distribution system and LifeWeb workstations and archive will be included in the installation.
