Image storage and management firm Procom Technology will be showcasing its recently introduced NetForce 4000 high-end network-attached storage (NAS) filer at the Symposium for Computer Applications in Radiology next week in Boston.
The product features increased storage density and performance, with a new 2-GB-per-second Fibre Channel back end. Scalability has also been improved, according to the Irvine, CA-based developer, with a dual-head, fully redundant design that allows the filer to scale to more than 30 TB of storage capacity.
