Attendance at the 20th Symposium for Computer Applications in Radiology held earlier this month in Boston exceeded 2,600, an increase of more than 25% over the previous year's meeting, according to the Great Falls, VA-based Society for Computer Applications in Radiology (SCAR). The figure included more than 800 first-time attendees, the organization said. The number of exhibiting companies climbed from 97 to 114, while booth spaces sold grew 18%.
