PACS provider Raypax North America and its master U.S. distributor Ultimate Medical Services (UMS) of Lake Charles, LA, have negotiated a distribution agreement with Merry X-Ray of San Diego. Merry X-Ray will assist the Altadena, CA-based PACS vendor in its growth efforts in the U.S. market through its sales and service potential, Raypax said.
