PACS developer StorCOMM has inked a deal with orthopedic software firm Meridian Technique of the U.K. to integrate Meridian’s OrthoView digital templating and surgical planning software with StorCOMM’s orthopedic image management product, OrthoNET.
OrthoView enables surgeons to pre-plan surgical procedures and offers access to a library of digital templates, helping surgeons select the correct prostheses. StorCOMM introduced OrthoNET at the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators meeting in August.
