Sales at PACS software developer Cedara Software rose 60% in the company’s fiscal 2004 first quarter (end-September 30) when compared against its fiscal 2003 first quarter.
For the period, Cedara posted sales of $7.5 million (U.S.), compared to sales of $4.7 million in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. The Mississauga, Ontario firm posted net income of $1.3 million, compared with a net loss of $3 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2003.
