Healthcare information systems provider IDX Systems will be forming a national service center as part of a multiyear plan to enhance customer success and satisfaction.
A key objective for the center will be to integrate support services for workflow applications (RIS), integration services, and image management (PACS), according to the Burlington, VT-based vendor.
