Investment firm ADT Partners will buy a portion of Italian medical informatics developer Ferrania Imaging Technologies under a deal between the firms, according to the Cairo Montenotte, Italy-based company.
Permira Funds, formally called Schroder Ventures, will continue to hold and control a majority position in Ferrania, while the vendor’s current management will also maintain its current level of interest, Ferrania said.
