Enterprise image management firm Emageon of Birmingham, AL, has signed an agreement with ThedaCare, an integrated delivery system in central Wisconsin.
Emageon said it would provide advanced visualization, content management, and workflow integration of medical imaging throughout the multi-facility enterprise.
ThedaCare operates two regional medical centers, Appleton Medical Center in Appleton, WI, and Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah, WI, and contracts with 16 other facilities to deliver care. Emageon’s Intelligent Visual Medical System will incorporate medical images from throughout the ThedaCare enterprise, and will integrate with the hospital’s existing business and clinical information software applications, according to the firm.
