ORLANDO, FL - Fujitsu Computer Products of America has enhanced its DynaMO Pocket with DICOM viewer, a USB-powered magneto-optical (MO) drive that includes DICOM image viewing software, according to the San Jose, CA-based vendor.
The device, with a list price of $279, offers a 1.3-GB capacity MO drive, a USB 2.0 port for high-speed data transfers, and weighs approximately 14 oz., the firm said. It also comes equipped with ShowCase Viewer software from Trillium Technology of Ann Arbor, MI, providing the capability to view DICOM images stored on the device on a notebook PC or workstation for offline viewing, Fujitsu said.
