PACS provider ScImage is teaming up with orthopedic medical device firm Stryker to offer an orthopedic-focused imaging and information management system based on ScImage’s PICOMEnterprise system.
Under the terms of the deal, Kalamazoo, MI-based Stryker will immediately begin selling an orthopedic digital imaging offering powered by ScImage, to be primarily targeted at orthopedic physician offices and clinics. ScImage of Los Altos, CA, will also provide data-hosting services for archiving and telemedicine, according to the firms.
