AMS adds CD burner

PACS technology provider American Medical Sales has added a self-contained CD burner to its Catella PACS product family.

Catella CD Burner is an integrated, automatic DICOM CD burner designed for high-volume creation of CDs, according to the Hawthorne, CA-based vendor. Each CD includes a DICOM viewer for image viewing and manipulation on Windows-based PCs, and up to 50 CDs can be automatically printed without reloading of media, AMS said.
