RIS and PACS developer Merge eFilm has released the latest iteration of its diagnostic workstation software, eFilm Workstation 1.9.
New functionality in eFilm Workstation 1.9 includes advanced volume rendering, an enhanced multiplanar reformatting (MPR) tool, improved orthopedic template capabilities, customizable toolbars based on individual user preferences, performance increases in its on-demand image streaming access to the firm’s Fusion RIS/PACS network, and integrated CD creation, according to the Milwaukee-based company.
The product is available as a standalone software module and as the visualization component of Fusion RIS/PACS, the company said.
