Digital image management services provider Miner Miracles has launched a new remote teleradiology service.
The service will provide customers with setup, installation assistance, user training, and a help desk. Bandwidth and temporary storage space is provided on the firm's servers, and customers will receive an image viewer application with full reporting capabilities, according to Miner Miracles of Sugar Land, TX.
The company has also debuted a new cash-flow management service for medical facilities. Available at no cost, the service integrates with any health provider's accounts receivable process to reduce the risk for self-pay balances, according to Miner Miracles. Providers are able to access a significant portion of their cash from approved balances, and can turn over all payment and collection activities to a third party, the firm said.
