RIS and PACS developer Image Technology Laboratories of Kingston, NY, has appointed Richard Feinstein as its chief financial officer (CFO).
Feinstein has held CFO positions at other companies and currently serves on the board of directors of financial information company EDGAR Online as chairman of its audit committee, ITL said.
