PACS software developer ScImage of Los Altos, CA, has inked an OEM distribution partnership with Evolved Digital Systems of Laval, Quebec.
Evolved will market ScImage's PICOMEnterprise PACS software under its View2 brand. Evolved said the deal allows the company to offer its customers a single product for both radiology and cardiology departments, while continuing to keep their existing technology.
In other ScImage news, the company has selected Brentwood, N.H.-based Array USA as a digitizer partner. The deal, which ScImage said would bolster its digital imaging product line for radiology and cardiology departments, includes Array’s 2905 laser film digitizer as well as other technology offerings for capturing and communicating image data.
