DeJarnette Research Systems has signed partnership agreements with McKesson Medical Imaging and Fujifilm Medical Systems USA. McKesson of Alpharetta, GA, has selected DeJarnette to be its PACS data migration service provider, according to the Towson, MD-based vendor.
DeJarnette's PACS service group will employ DeJarnette's Migration Gateway 2.0 toolkit to provide migration services to McKesson customers, including the migration of legacy PACS data to McKesson PACS technology, and from legacy ultrasound PACS networks from ALI Technologies, which McKesson bought in 2002.
DeJarnette has also signed a multiyear technology licensing agreement with Fuji. The Stamford, CT-based vendor has licensed Migration Gateway 2.0 for use in migrating PACS data from a legacy PACS network to a new Fuji PACS.
In other DeJarnette news, the firm said it has deployed its dyseCT software at its fifth site. Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT, received the software, which helps PACS networks manage the multiple-procedure studies generated with a single multislice CT acquisition.
