Swedish PACS and digital mammography developer Sectra has purchased the remaining shares in its digital mammography unit, Mamea Imaging.
The acquisition, which will be paid for using Sectra shares on the same terms used to acquire the majority interest in Mamea, ups Sectra's ownership position from 95% to 100%, according to the Linkoping-based vendor.
