RIS and PACS developer Merge eFilm reported that it has authorized a stock repurchase plan providing for the purchase of up to $10 million of common stock.
The transactions may be made over a period of two years. The timing, price, and volume of repurchases will be based on market conditions, applicable securities laws, and other factors, according to the Milwaukee-based firm.
