RIS and PACS developer Merge eFilm reported record third-quarter net sales of $9.3 million, up 22% compared to the $7.6 million reported in the third quarter of 2003. For the period (end-September 30), the Milwaukee-based firm had record net income of $2.2 million, compared to net income of $1.6 million a year ago.
Quarterly highlights included 19 new contracts for its Fusion RIS/PACS offering. Looking ahead, Merge has refined its full-year 2004 guidance with revenues ranging from $37.5 million to $38.5 million and an increase in fully diluted earnings per share to a range of 50¢ to 53¢ per share.
