Brotman Medical Center in Culver City, CA, has chosen TCS Symphony from Medcon Telemedicine Technology to provide an automated filmless cardiac cath lab.
TCS Symphony combines multimodality cardiology images with patient information in a single database for LAN and Internet access, enabling cardiologists and cardiac surgeons to manipulate DICOM images over a fast network environment, according to Whippany, NJ-based Medcon. Its functions include filmless acquisition, reviewing, processing, report generation, communications, and long-term archiving.
