Revenue in the fiscal first quarter of 2005 (end-September 30) at image management software developer Cedara Software increased 22% to $12.3 million, up from $10.1 million in the same period last year. Net income increased 89% to $3.2 million compared to net income of $1.7 million in the same quarter a year ago.
Financial results reflecting Mississauga, Ontario-based Cedara's acquisition of Burlington, MA-based eMed Technologies in October are not reflected in this quarter's results, and will be included in the quarter ended December 31, 2004.
