Konica plans a laser printer debut at this year's RSNA show.
Konica will roll out DryPro 793, a laser printer that adds mammography printing capability to its imager product line. An all-in-one laser printer, DryPro 793 can print at 25 microns (1,016 dpi), and also offers decentralized imaging for CR, CT, and MR images, according to the Wayne, NJ-based vendor.
DryPro 793 has three trays that can hold film sizes ranging from 14 x 17, 14 x 14, 11 x 14, 10 x 12, and 8 x 10 inches. It can print at a speed of 120 films per hour, and handles a maximum of 16 channels, Konica said.
