Philips will point to developments with its EasyAccess software.
All EasyAccess system components have been redesigned to aid institutions in meeting HIPAA requirements, according to the Andover, MA-based vendor. Utilities such as authorized access and usage logging have been incorporated into EasyAccess, which manages large CT and MR datasets.
Philips said that all EasyAccess PACS viewing packages can be deployed over the Web and integrated into a hospital's IT infrastructure.
