Raypax will add a transcription module and enhancements to its Web and CD viewer.
A new transcription module provides enhanced word processing capabilities, according to the Altadena, CA-based vendor. Raypax has also added cut line and scout line generation functionality for its Web and CD viewer, reflecting slice location to the radiologist and referring physician.
Raypax is also highlighting automatic CD burning capability and a report system that generates auto-formatted reports with images. Also new on the Raypax menu: enhancements to its print server to support cut lines and locator windows.
