Sencor has added a DICOM router to its portfolio.
The image management technology provider will debuting a rules-based DICOM router, which provides image routing based on any DICOM tag, according to the Bloomington, MN-based vendor. It is also time- and day-sensitive, Sencor said.
In other Sencor news, the company will be discussing a new partnership with IBM, having joined IBM's Life Sciences Independent Software Vendor (ISV) network. Sencor's PACS and pre-PACS archive have been certified with IBM's xServers, DS Family and Enterprise storage servers, and IBM's Tivoli Storage Manager. Support for IBM's DB2 product family and Linux servers is a work-in-progress, Sencor said.
Sencor will also demonstrate Sony's Professional Disc for Data library, employing the latter firm's blue laser technology.
