PACS and RIS software developer Guardian Technologies International of Dulles, VA, has hired former RIS Logic executive John Paganini as senior director of product management for the company's healthcare systems division.
Paganini was a co-founder of RIS Logic, which was purchased in July 2003 by Merge eFilm of Milwaukee. Paganini will be responsible for marketing, product strategy, and tactical product management of Guardian's radiology informatics and image management product line. Guardian is planning to launch an integrated RIS/PACS product at the upcoming RSNA meeting in Chicago.
