Image management firm Stentor of Brisbane, CA, has filed papers with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of the company's stock.
The shares are being offered by Stentor. Morgan Stanley will serve as lead manager for the offering, with JPMorgan acting as co-lead manager and Thomas Weisel Partners acting as co-manager. The company has not yet determined the number of shares to be offered or the offer price.
